Closure of Wymondham Spa

From 30th April 2026 Imagine Spa at Wymondham Leisure Centre will be closing and the business will merge with Imagine Spa Hethersett based at Park Farm Hotel. I have a spa booking with you after 30th April, what happens now?

The team will be in touch to reschedule any bookings affected by the closure to see if we can move this to Hethersett. Due to us being closed, obviously our cancellation policy is waived so any deposits that have been made will be refunded. 

What about my gift voucher?

If you have a current gift voucher that has been purchased from the spa or this website and you are unable to use this before the closure you will be able to redeem this at Hethersett. If you have purchased a voucher for a treatmnet that is on the Hethersett menu this can be used directly, however if it is for a Spa Package or a treatment that we do not offer then you will be able to use the monetary amount of the voucher towards any other treatment or experience. Alternatively, we can offer a refund of any voucher that is still in date and has not yet been redeemed.

I have a Groupon, SpaBreaks, Wowcher or other 3rd party voucher?

If you have a third party voucher bought for our spa please contact the seller to arrange a refund. We will unfortunatley not be able to redeem these at Hethersett.
