Deposit: Please note we now require full payment for all Spa Experiences. A 50% deposit will be required if Treatment time of over 1 hour or more is booked. We strongly recommend you book your Treatment time in advance to avoid any disappointment on the day. Cancellation policy: Any cancellations with less than 48 hours of notice are subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Clients who miss their appointments without giving any prior notification will be charged in full.
