17m Swimming Pool
Part of our extensive leisure and fitness facility, our 17 metre swimming pool is available to both spa guests and health club members. Our pool is maintained at a temperature just warm enough to relax in but cool enough for those wishing to swim the lanes and complement their exercise regime.

Our air-conditioned gymnasium features state-of-the-art TechnoGym equipment and our staff are professionally trained to help you to achieve your personal fitness goals whatever they may be. They'll give you a personal fitness assessment and then help you to stick with it every step of the way.
Nordic Sauna & Steam Room
After a dip in the pool or in between treatments, take advantage of our delightful Nordic sauna and steam room, both designed to help you de-stress and unwind in both dry and humid heat respectively. These traditional heat therapies are just the thing to relax the body, detox the skin and revitalise the mind.
All About Hair
All About Hair is an independently owned and managed hairdressing salon located within the Health Club at The Old Hall Hotel. It offers a wide variety of technical styles for any occasion. We welcome residents, spa guests and health club members as well as day visitors.
Please note that children's swim times are each day 10 am until 6 pm.
