Spa Etiquette Guide
To help you to make the most of your time with us and to allow us to provide you with the best possible level of service, we have put together the following spa etiquette guide.
The spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Please respect other guests’ rights to privacy and serenity and do not use mobile phones, pagers or cameras within the spa.
It is advisable to arrive at the spa reception at least 15 minutes prior to your treatment reservation so your treatments can start on time and you are able to enjoy the facilities and relax fully. Late arrival will result in shortened treatment time but treatments will still be charged at full price.
Please be aware that late arrivals will not receive an extension to their treatment time.
Children under the age of 16 years are unfortunately not able to use the spa facilities, we apologise for any inconvenience caused.
What to Bring
Swimming costumes must be worn in the spa. For your comfort, we will provide you with a robe, towels and slippers to use throughout your visit however we do not supply these for customer’s that book treatments only. Lockers are available for your personal belongings however we strongly recommend that you leave all valuables and jewellery at home. Paper underwear will be provided for treatments if you so wish.
Please note if you do bring jewellery with you, it should be removed before entering the Thermal Suite.
Food & Drink
We kindly ask that food and drink is not brought onto and consumed on the premises.
Please note we require a 50% deposit on all treatments and packages booked. We strongly recommend you book all treatment time required in advance to avoid any disappointment on the day.
A 100% cancellation charge will be incurred for any Treatment or Spa Experience not cancelled at least 24 hours prior to appointment.
Smoking is prohibited throughout all Imagine Spas and Health Clubs.
