The Gym

Our friendly team of leisure professionals will guide you on your way to fitness. Even novice users will feel at ease on our state of the art cardio-vascular and resistance equipment once you have been taken through our extensive induction process. Regular reviews of your progress by your personal tutor will help motivate you to achieving your goals and a member of the team is always on hand to help you through your programme.

With full air-conditioning, personal TVs on some machines and energetic background music you will be able to enjoy your workout in comfortable surroundings.

Swimming Pool

Our relaxing swimming pool is the ideal place to cool down and unwind after a strenuous session in the gym, or equally swimming a few lengths could be the perfect way to complement your exercise regime.

Spa Pool, Sauna and Steam Room

After a dip in the pool or in between treatments, take advantage of our fantastic poolside facilities. The bubbling spa pool and heat of the sauna and steam room are designed to help relax the muscles and ease any aches or pains. If all that’s not enough you’ll find plenty of seating on poolside where you can simply chill out and read the paper.
