Set in over seventy acres of delightful parkland and historic landscaped grounds in North Yorkshire, Hazlewood Castle is the perfect retreat from the stresses and strains of our hectic twenty-first century lifestyles.

All our spa experiences begin with a warm welcome and lazy coffee in the Castle library to help you unwind and relax. Our friendly therapists will greet you here and explain our treatment menu so that you can choose the most appealing and appropriate treatment for you to enjoy. They will also be available to discuss any skincare concerns or areas of stress and tension which you want to relieve during the day. We will tailor each treatment for you so that you leave feeling totally relaxed and rejuvenated.

Your spa journey then begins with a wonderful guided tour of the Castle so that you can soak up the beautiful countryside and learn about the history of Hazlewood before arriving in our well appointed treatment rooms which have been lovingly created from the original stable courtyard.

Once you’ve enjoyed your treatments you can then enjoy the wonderful cuisine of Hazlewood Castle. If you are in a group or hen party you can enjoy private dining in our Champagne Bar or smaller groups and individuals can indulge in the fine dining experience of our Anise Restaurant. Either way we know you will love the food which ranges from Moules Frites and Tagine with Couscous through to the ever-popular Hazlewood Battered Cod with Chunky Chips. We have a beautiful patio area immediately outside Anise where you are welcome to sit and enjoy our gardens – even if it’s a bit chilly it’s a lovely place to take time out.
After further treatments in the Spa your day concludes with afternoon tea in the Library. It is the ultimate pampering experience – go on you know you deserve to be spoilt for the day!
