The Thermal Spa uses a series of heat experiences to relax and condition the body, inducing deep relaxation. By increasing the core temperature of the body, it is an excellent way of preparing for individual massage treatments which will be more effective as a result.

Much has been said about the health benefits of a Traditional Sauna. A traditional sauna experience is known for the benefits it provides when creating a deep, healthy sweat, this relaxes the muscles and loosens tension, allowing you to unwind.

Thermal Spa Pass
Monday to Thursday - 1-hour Thermal Spa pass: £10 per person, 1-hour exclusive use of the thermal spa, £20 per person, including a glass of Prosecco on us!
Friday to Sunday - 1-hour Thermal Spa pass: £15 per person, 1-hour exclusive use of the thermal spa, £25 per person, including a glass of Prosecco on us!
